1) Shakshuka 

A middle-eastern recipe that is now famous all over the world. Try this out for sure if you haven’t already. It provides a burst of flavors without working too hard for it.


  • 4 eggs
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 onion 
  • 1 capsicum
  • ½ tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Paprika 


  • Slice the vegetables and chop garlic
  • Make a puree of tomatoes
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add garlic cloves 
  • Add onion and saute it followed by adding bell peppers
  • Saute for a few minutes and add tomato puree
  • Add salt, pepper, and paprika as per taste 
  • Cook for some time till the oil in the puree starts to separate  
  • Create pockets in the pan with the ladle 
  • Pour one egg into each pocket 
  • Cover with a lid and let the egg set
  • Garnish with fresh coriander

Make this for breakfast, it will take around 20 minutes but rest assured you will crave it all the time once you have it.

This one particularly is for a busy morning when you need a quick fix. Let’s look at a 5-minute healthy breakfast recipe.


  • 4 eggs
  • 2 whole-wheat bread slices
  • 1 tsp Oil 
  • Salt, Pepper & Oregano


  • Break eggs in a bowl
  • Whisk the eggs, add some salt
  • Heat a skillet and add the beaten eggs
  • Stir the eggs until they are firm and cooked
  • Scramble the mix
  • Toast the bread
  • Put the cooked eggs on the sandwich and sprinkle oregano and pepper

3) Sausage-egg Burrito

  • 4 Sausages 
  • 4 Eggs 
  • 2 Tortilla wrap
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic clove

  • Cook sausage in a microwave or a pan and slice into small pieces
  • Whisk the eggs and add salt
  • Put the eggs in a skillet and cook until it is firm and dry
  • Remove the eggs from the pan and wipe it
  • Add some olive oil 
  • Add garlic clove and chopped tomatoes
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add eggs and sausages
  • Sprinkle some pepper
  • Take a tortilla wrap and heat it 
  • Put the mix in the centre and fold the wrap

4) Egg Frittata Muffins

What if I tell you it is perfectly healthy to have a  muffin in the morning? 

It is possible if it is an egg muffin. Let’s look at the recipe to make healthy muffins for breakfast in the morning. 


  • 4 Eggs
  • Sliced bag of Mushroom 
  • 2 Bell paper
  • Handful of Spinach
  • ½ cup Grated cheese
  • Salt & pepper
  • Thyme
  • Cooking spray or oil


  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  • Chop all the vegetables including mushrooms, bell pepper, spinach
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl
  • Add veggies and cheese to the eggs and stir gently
  • Take the muffin pan and pour the mix 
  • Bake it for 15-20 mins
  • Sprinkle thyme on the top.

Egg Frittata Muffins are a healthy alternative loaded with veggies. You can also add or delete vegetables according to your preference. Make sure to add vegetables that cook easily. 

You can also store the muffins in an airtight container for a few days or even freeze them and have a ready-to-go breakfast option.

5) Spicy scrambled eggs

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green chill
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp oil


  • Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk it

  • Add onions to it and saute it for a few minutes
  • Add green chill followed by salt and pepper

  • 2 eggs
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp butter


  • Break the eggs into a bowl
  • Whisk the eggs and add salt & pepper as per taste 
  • Heat the pan and put some butter
  • Dip the bread slice into the beaten eggs on both sides 
  • Put the dipped bread in the pan and cook on both sides
  • Serve while hot

  • Loaf of Bread
  • 2 Bell pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper


  • Break the eggs into a bowl
  • Whisk the eggs
  • Add salt, pepper, chili flakes
  • Preheat the oven
  • Pour the mixture onto the sliced bread
  • Place the chopped vegetables on the top
  • Sprinkle some cheese
  • Bake the bread for 15 minutes

8) Instant poached eggs

It is a 2 minute and easy recipe for extra busy mornings without compromising on nutrition. 


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper


  • Break the egg in a glass bowl with some water and vinegar
  • Microwave the eggs for 2 minutes
  • The Poached egg is ready
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper and dive in.

9) Cheese & Mushroom Omelette

It tastes way better than a normal omelette and is a nice change when you are bored of the same food every day.  Easy to cook and a healthy breakfast option, do try it once.


  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pack of Mushroom
  • ½ cup Cheese
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Pasta sauce
  • Salt & pepper
  • Oregano


  • Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk it
  • Add salt and pepper as per taste
  • Chop mushroom 
  • Take the pan and put some oil and heat it
  • Put mushrooms and saute for a few minutes until golden
  • Heat another pan and pour the egg mix
  • Cook the omelette till it is firm
  • Spread some pasta sauce on the top and place vegetables
  • Put on the lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutes

10) Veggie Scrambled eggs

  • 4 eggs
  • Mushroom
  • Bell Peppers
  • Tomatoes
  • Olive oil


  • Chop the vegetables 
  • Add oil to the pan and heat it
  • Put in the vegetables and saute for 3-4 minutes
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Whisk the eggs and add to the mixture in the pain
  • Stir the eggs until they are set
  • Serve while hot with a whole wheat toast
