What should you not eat when dehydrated?
You should avoid sugary carbonated drinks, caffeine-based drinks, protein-rich food, and a high-fiber diet if you are dehydrated. Soda, coffee, and other alcohol-based drinks make you dehydrate even further. The high-fiber diet tends to absorb more water from the body thereby making the situation even worse. Fried foods are also a big no if you are already dehydrated as most fried food are spicy which can make you sweat, making you lose water.
