Other symptoms, such as fever and headaches, are possible as well. The symptoms of an itchy throat might include a ticklish or uncomfortable sensation in the throat and are often brought on by allergies or irritants. It may also cause coughing, hoarseness, or the feeling that something is stuck in the throat.
