How to make- Take mint leaves and sugar in a bowl and crush them to make a fine paste. Now take water in a glass and add the paste and lemon juice to it. Stir well and sip it fresh!

This detox recipe is an Ayurvedic innovation containing a blend of antioxidants like turmeric (Haldi) with spices such as ginger and black pepper along with honey.

How to make- Take water in a bowl and heat it. Let it simmer and now add all the ingredients (turmeric, ginger, black pepper, honey). Keep stirring and boiling the water till it reduces to half. Serve hot.

  • Orange and carrot detox drink

Citrus fruits and vitamins in this drink are the perfect blends for flushing out the toxins from the body and rejuvenating the mind.

How to make- Juice orange and carrots in separate juicers and take them in different glasses. Now put them together in a blender and add ginger and turmeric ( a pinch of both). Fine blend again. Pour them into glasses.
